TUESDAY CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: We preview Tuesday’s Champions League action with Man City, Liverpool and Spurs all in action plus Dortmund v Real Madrid. Check out the recommended BETDAQ bets for each game.

MANCHESTER CITY V SHAKHTAR DONETSK

7.45pm Who wants to face Manchester City at the moment? They’ve scored 22 goals in their last five games in all competitions, and one of those was in the League Cup where Guardiola didn’t play his main XI. Shakhtar Donetsk are the next in line to attempt the seemingly impossible task of stopping them. City are currently trading around 1.21, and look banker material for BETDAQ Multiples tonight. With City scoring four of more goals in all four of their previous PL and CL games, we like the look of Any Other Home Win (City to score four or more and win) at around 2.8 which just looks too big to us. With home advantage, an early goal could see the floodgates open.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Any Other Home Win at 2.8.

SPARTAK MOSCOW V LIVERPOOL

7.45pm Liverpool got back to winning ways at the weekend against Leicester although it wasn’t all plain sailing. Vardy missed a penalty when Liverpool led 3-2, and as always with this Liverpool side – they just didn’t look good at the back. Before that game, they were without a win in four games in all competitions, and they really do look a bit short here at 1.69. This is Spartak Moscow’s first time in the Champions League since the 2012/13 season – however Russia is always a tough place to travel to and the atmosphere is bound to be intense. The Liverpool lay is very tempting at 1.69, however looking at how open their game was at the weekend, and how Klopp sets his team up – we can see plenty of goals is this one and over 2.5 is out best bet at 1.75 which looks great value.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Over 2.5 goals at 1.75.

APOEL V TOTTENHAM

7.45pm Spurs made it three away wins from three away games in the Premier League this season at the weekend, they have been much better away from home – however they did manage to start their Champions League campaign with a very rare win at Wembley. They should be way too classy for this APOEL side, however you won’t get rich backing them as they only trade 1.35 at the time of writing. In such a tough group, things may come down to goal difference and Spurs can grab this chance with both hands. Kane looks is cracking form and if their away form continues, they should be able to cover the handicap. They’re currently 1.95 -1.5 goals which looks a couple of ticks too big for us.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Tottenham -1.5 goals to beat APOEL at 1.95.

DORTMUND V REAL MADRID

7.45pm Obviously everyone has a high interesting in the Premier League sides tonight, however this is the clash of the night as Real travel to Dortmund. It’s looking increasingly likely that the Champions League will have to be target number one for Real this season as they already sit seven points behind Barcelona in Le Liga and even though it’s so early in the season, with the standard outside the top three in La Liga – it’s hard to see that gap being closed isn’t it?

This should be a cracker and it’s an open market too. Dortmund are 3.05, Real 2.38 and the draw is 3.9 at the time of writing. These two sides met in the Champions League twice last season and both games finished with a draw, with Dortmund scoring towards the end. However, Real were ahead and looked the better side, and it’s not often you get to back them at such high odds – so we’re happy to take the 2.38 for the away win. A win here could really get their season going.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Real Madrid to beat Dortmund at 2.38.
