TUESDAY CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: We preview Tuesday’s Champions League games featuring Barcelona, Celtic, Chelsea and Man U with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

BARCELONA V JUVENTUS

7.45pm The Champions League Group stages return on Tuesday night and what a way to kick them off with Barcelona hosting Juventus! Last years quarter final will obviously remain fresh in most punters minds when Juventus held Barcelona to a 0-0 draw here after winning the first leg at home 3-0. Barcelona are weaker now too without Neymar, and at the time going into that game Barcelona were in superb form. They had just pulled off one of the greatest comebacks in the previous round when beating PSG and had been winning their home games comfortably in La Liga. Both sides have started their domestic league campaigns very well and we feel that the value here is with the Barcelona lay at 1.73 – we just feel that this game will be closer than those odds suggest, especially when thinking back to the Quarter Final which wasn’t long ago. Juve are always solid at the back, and have netted ten times in their last three Serie A games.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Barcelona at 1.73.

CELTIC V PSG

7.45pm PSG are the team everyone is talking about since they broke the world record transfer fee for Neymar, and then added Mbappe on a season long loan with a clause to buy him at the end. It’s difficult to read into domestic form when looking at this game, as both sides are well and truly above what’s put in front of them each weekend. The markets are fully expecting an easy PSG win, with the odds at the time of writing; Celtic 14.0, PSG 1.26 and the draw is 7.0. The atmosphere will obviously be excellent with Celtic at home, however with the signings that PSG have added in the summer, it’s hard to see anything but an easy PSG win here given the gulf in class between the sides. PSG currently trade 1.7 -1.5 goals and that looks good value. Celtic may win easily domestically but they also concede goals, and that will be the difference here.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
PSG -1.5 goals to beat Celtic at 1.7.

CHELSEA V QARABAG

7.45pm You could argue that Chelsea had things easy in the Premier League last season with no Champions League commitments, there’s no doubt they are delighted to have those commitments again though and they have a relatively easy start at home to Qarabag. This is Qarabga’s first time in the Champions League group stages and if their away form in the Europa League is anything to go by, we could see a very easy Chelsea win here. They have shipped plenty of goals away from home to lesser sides, and with Chelsea wanting to make a statement coming back to CL football the 2.08 on Chelsea -2.5 goals really makes appeal.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Chelsea -2.5 goals to beat Qarabag at 2.08.

MANCHESTER UNITED V FC BASEL

7.45pm As well as Chelsea, Manchester United also return to Champions League football this season after winning the Europa League. They looked very impressive in their opening three games of the season, however they were brought back down to earth when drawing 2-2 to Stoke on Saturday evening. Looking at Basel’s away record in Europe, United should really get back to winning ways here, they’ve scored six goals in their opening two home Premier League games, and we expect more goals from them here. Basel have shipped plenty of goals away from home in Europe, and with United looking so strong up front at the start of season, we’re going to take a chance with Any Other Home Win (United to score four or more and win) at around 3.5 which looks good value.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Any Other Home Win at 3.5.
