EURO 2016 SUNDAY: The final two games in Group A and they kick off simultaneously at 8pm. Romania v Albania and Switzerland v France. We preview both games.

Romania v Albania

8pm A tricky game to weigh up here with both sides mainly focusing on defending in their opening two games, both of whom nearly produced a draw against France but for late goals in the 89th minute against Romania and the 90th minute against Albania. There’s more at stake here for Romania given that they could still qualify with a win here and France beating Switzerland – Albania will surely be more adventurous with their chance of qualifying gone so it’s hard to know what to expect goals wise.

Under 2.5 is currently trading at 1.68 and while judging by the teams opening two games you’d feel that would be the best bet, Albania have no real reason to sit back here and may as well try and go for the win. This could possible open the game up for Romania who should be the better team, and on balance we are happy to side with a Romania win at around 2.3.

BETDAQ best bet:
Romania to beat Albania at 2.3.

Switzerland v France

8pm This should be a decent game with the top spot in Group A up for grabs. Have the late goals from France in their opening two games papered over some cracks? They should have been able to break through the Romanian and Albanian defense earlier than the they did and with that mind, we aren’t massive keen on backing this French side at 2.02 against a very solid Switzerland side.

The goals market might be the best way to play this one, with under 2.5 goals at 1.62 being our fancy, we don’t expected Switzerland to chase the game a massive amount early on and with France finding it tough to break down solid defense were happy to be on under 2.5 goals at around 1.62.

BETDAQ best bet:
Under 2.5 at 1.62.
