VALENCIA v MALAGA: It’s week 14 of Spain’s La Liga and whilst clearly the game of the weekend is ‘El Clasico’ I am looking at the Sunday evening game between Valencia and Malaga to find a winning tip.

In this game it’s odds on 1.8 Valencia, draw 4.0 and a Malaga win priced up on BETDAQ at 5.3….. Both teams have had a topsy turvy seasons to date with both sides sitting in the bottom half of La Liga.
Valencia had a traumatic time last season when Gary Neville showed up and are not faring much better this season under new boss Caeser Prandelle . Valencia have lost eight matches already this season however signs are in recent games that things are starting to improve.
Last week Valencia suffered a very unlucky 2 – 1 away loss to high flying Seville, when for much of the game Los Che outplayed the home side. Previous to that Valencia drew with bottom club Granada, again, a game they could and should have won and just a few weeks back ‘Los Che’ were so unlucky against Barcelona losing by the odd goal in what was the game of the season to date.
Malaga, do not like travelling. Seven away game this season, and not one victory. Malaga somehow managed to draw nil all two weeks back away to a Barcelona team missing Messi and Suerez. That night Malaga keeper Idriss Kameni was inspired and I feel he will need to be inspired again against Valencia.
One common theme in this Valencia side is that they strive to create goal-scoring chances. I feel that they will create plenty on Sunday evening against a Malaga team who will be unable to create much in return.
The Last two seasons Valencia beat Malaga three nil each time and I expect a similar result on this occasion.
