PREMIER LEAGUE THURSDAY: We preview Thursday’s game between LEICESTER v TOTTENHAM with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

LEICESTER V TOTTENHAM

7.45pm We’ve had some very enjoyable midweek Premier League games this week, and we end the midweek fixtures with Leicester v Spurs on Thursday night. Spurs managed to beat United 2-1 in their final home game at the weekend, meaning that they went unbeaten for the whole Premier League season at White Hart Lane. They’ve haven’t been as good away from home though, and Leicester will be looking to notch up another home win under Craig Shakespeare.

It’s difficult to get a really good read on Leicester’s form coming into this one – they’ve only managed two wins in their last six after having such a good start under Shakespeare. They have come up against some big sides though, like Manchester City and Arsenal, and while they’ve struggled away from home – they are five from five at home since Shakespeare took over. That stat makes Spurs look very short at 1.91, especially as they haven’t been setting the world alight away from home either.

For all that Spurs are unbeaten at home this season, they’ve only managed seven wins away from home. If you want a reason why they didn’t win the league – there it is right there. It’s very tempting to lay Spurs given Leicester’s recent record at home, however with both sides having nothing to play for and plenty of goals in each line up, over 2.5 goals looks massive at 1.8 and that will be our best bet.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Over 2.5 goals at 1.8.
