8pm After a terrible Premier League last season, Chelsea get this years campaign under way at home to West Ham where they are unbeaten in the last ten meetings in the league, however they could only manage a draw in this fixture last season – they currently trade around the 1.62 mark which looks a shade short against a West Ham side who have managed to keep hold of one of the stars of the European Championships in Payet.
Conte will surely improve this Chelsea side and his club record is one loss in his last 30 and he’s currently unbeaten in his last 28 at home in club football – that record was a while ago though and this West Ham side should be a decent test for them. West Ham beat Arsenal on the first day of the season last year and they should give another good account of themselves here, in terms of value – we slightly prefer the draw at around 4.2 over West Ham winning at 6.6.
