PREMIER LEAGUE We preview the three games on Sunday with a recommended BETDAQ bet. The final match sees leaders Chelsea take on relegation threatened Hull. A one-sided game on paper but where does the BETDAQ value lie?

SOUTHAMPTON V LEICESTER

12pm Southampton had to wait until injury time to finally score against Norwich in their FA Cup replay during the week, and this could be a similarly tight affair. It’s hard to see Leicester beating them, especially considering they haven’t been able to win a game away from home in the league all season, losing seven from their ten away trips. However, Southampton are struggling to score at the moment – they’ve only netted five times in their last six games in all competitions, and three of those came against Norwich in their two games – so there’s no doubt there will be plenty of layers of Southampton at around the 1.88 mark, which does look a little short. We just don’t have the confidence in Leicester to lay it though, and much prefer under 2.5 goals at 1.73 in a game where both sides could cancel each other out.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Under 2.5 goals at 1.73.

ARSENAL V BURNLEY

2.15pm Burnley will be in high spirits heading into this one having won two games in the last week, but it’s difficult to see anything but an Arsenal win here. The markets agree, with Arsenal only trading 1.22 in the match odds market – they’ve scored 11 goals in their last four games in all competitions, so we’ll have a look at the goals markets to find some value. It’s no secret that Burnley have been a totally different side away from home than at home this season – they have been woeful on the road! They’ve lost eight of their nine away games in the Premier League, while only scoring three times. The fact that they have kept clean sheets in their last three games will offer their fans some hope, but we still feel that Arsenal will cover the handicap here, and with Arsenal trading 2.04 in the -2 goal Asian Handicap market (bets void if they win by exactly two goals) that will do for us.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Arsenal -2 Asian Handicap to beat Burnley at 2.04.

CHELSEA V HULL

4.30pm Many will see this game as a routine win for the Premier League leaders, and it’s very not to argue with them. Chelsea got straight back to winning ways in the league against Leicester last weekend after Spurs ended their much talked about winning streak. Their record at home this season is superb, with nine wins from ten – and with Hull struggling down the bottom of the league sitting in the relegation zone, it’s a question of how many will Chelsea win by rather than will they win. There have been signs lately that Hull are slowly improving though, they drew 2-2 with Everton, and beat Swansea and Bournemouth recently – those three solid games were at home though, and they’ve been dire away. They’ve lost eight in a row away from home now, and haven’t scored in five of their last six away either. When you factor in Chelsea’s record at the back this season too, a Chelsea clean sheet at 1.72 looks better than any of the handicaps and that will be our best bet to end Super Sunday.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Chelsea to keep a clean sheet at 1.72.
