4/1 WINNING NAP: SHAMROCK hit the right notes on Thursday with a 4/1 WINNING NAP AT GALWAY !!!!!! Music Box in the Corrib Fillies Stakes.

The race didn’t start well for the nap yesterday Music Box. She lost a shoe leaving the stalls but did end up going to the ball as she flashed home a length and a half winner at 4/1 in the Listed Corrib Fillies Stakes.

Galway continues on Friday with a seven race card starting at 5.10 on yielding ground.

Dermot Weld (still without a winner at the meeting) and Joseph O’Brien (4 winners) go head to head in the 1m 4f maiden at 7.25pm and I think it will be Joseph who wins the day with High Language.

She was only beaten three-quarters of a length on debut at Gowran Park behind the more experienced Two For Tea and should be seen to better effect over the extra two and a half furlongs here.

Dermot Weld runs Muniza who was beaten under a length on debut at the Curragh over a mile and was staying on well. She is another set to be suited by the step-up in trip but without sounding like a broken record the current stable form has to be a concern until the sequence is snapped.

SHAMROCK’S BETS:
NAP: High Language (7.25 Galway)
