STUCK ON 13 NAPS: 13 proved unlucky for SHAMROCK last night with his nap Chenega Bay finishing second despite trading very short in running on BETDAQ.

Chenega Bay hit the front inside the final furlong at Fairyhouse last night but was pounced on close home.

So the current sequence of naps stands at 13 from 21 – a 62% strike rate.

Jumps racing from Down Royal and Tramore on Friday evening.

I like the look of Spicy Fruity in the closing bumper at Tramore. The Gordon Elliott trained runner showed promise, despite running green, on his debut at Kilbeggan when finishing fourth to Thumb Stone Blues a fortnight ago.

Main danger is the Ted Walsh trained Swansea Mile who has some good bumper form to her name but hasn’t really progressed over hurdles. She has started 50/1 for her latest two races and been well beaten. The hope must be that the switch back to the flat might revitalise her.

Cillian’s Well is a newcomer from a stable that does well in this sphere and is obviously worth monitoring in the BETDAQ market.
