NO IRISH RACING TODAY: And Shamrock takes a ‘time out’. But he’s happy to have started the week with a 7/4 winning nap yesterday.
Three Sea Captains was my Monday NAP (and only bet) which won at 7/4 in the 5.05 at Fairyhouse.
It was hardly an easy winner – as the runners splashed through the mud in the delayed race it went to a photo and Three Sea Captains held on by a short head.
I was amazed they got through the card !!!
We’ll take a breather today as there are no Irish cards but will be back tomorrow for a look at Downpatrick’s jumps card.
