The form figures can be misleading.
Paddy The Celeb has jumps form figures of 69/ based on two modest efforts in bumpers in 2011 but since then has developed into a useful middle distance flat performer and he is rated 94 on the flat.
His best recent run came at the Curragh in May when winning a competitive 1m 4f handicap.
He also has some solid all-weather form on the Polytrack at Dundalk and if taking to jumping could easily outclass this field.
Principal danger on the BETDAQ market, Here For The Craic sprang a 25/1 surprise when winning a bumper at Cork in May and bounced back from a subsequent disappointing effort at Listowel to run well at Tramore last time out.
I’m taking a chance though that Paddy The Celeb can transfer his ability from the flat.
