BETDAQ CHAMPION VALUE IN VARIAN SEVEN-UP: Daqman paid for Saturday, with a bit left over, thanks to fantastic value on BETDAQ. His nap and FORTUNE COOKIE, Sakheer, scored at 6-5 (SP 4-5) and Royal Champion, his 4.7 bet to oppose odds-on Phantom Flight, streaked more than five lengths clear at 9-4 in the Doonside Cup at Ayr for trainer Roger Varian, who landed a 34,838-1 seven-up on the day.

WON 9-4 ROYAL CHAMPION (BETDAQ 4.7; opposed 10-11 favourite)
WON 4-5 SAKHEER (Mill Reef Stakes; Fortune Cookie and nap; BETDAQ 2.26)

TODAY: German St Leger raider and a 10.0 nap at Hamilton

TOMORROW: No racing in England (revised schedule and Irish tips from Daqman)

JUMPS ACE TRAINER IN ST-LEGER BID

⭕ 1.30 Dortmund (German St Leger) Anything you can do! Jumps trainer Alan King, with 153 Flat winners in six years, has successfully switched some of his training skills to the Flat, notably with Trueshan, the British Long Distance Champion.

Nicky Henderson before him trained winners at the likes of Royal Ascot but Nigel Twiston-Davies, with seven winners in six years, has made rare appearances and at a lower level until today. Now ‘Twiston’ is looking to add a Classic-winning photo to his sideboard.

He has had three AW wins this year with Earlofthecotswolds, so versatile from 1m 4f to 2m that he’s tilting with the eight-year-old at the Deutsches St Leger at Dortmund this afternoon.

He tries to follow current Classic king, Charlie Appleby, who won the 1m 6f race three seasons back with Ispolini.

Earlofthecotswolds beat Coltrane six lengths at Kempton in March in his AW Marathon Championships qualifier and won the title at Newcastle five weeks later under Liam Keniry who travels over to Germany to take the ride today.

Only recently Coltrane pipped Trueshan a neck in the Doncaster Cup on turf, in the same week that Earlofthecotswolds was given his turf prep for today’s race, going down half a length at Goodwood, giving 21lb to the winner.

Main threats today are both trained by Peter Schiergen, the former German champion jockey, who saddled Arc winner Danedream in 2011.

He sends out Nerium, an entire, twice placed behind Alpinista last autumn, and Tunnes, unbeaten in three races since his debut, and half-brother to Arc winner Torquator Tasso. He’s five years younger than Earlofthecotswolds.

Betdaq Betting Exchange 2.36 Tunnes, 4.8 Earlofthecotswolds

IT ALL SWINGS IN DANCER’S FAVOUR

⭕ 2.00 Hamilton Iris Dancer was beaten favourite behind Selby’s Pride here at Hamilton in August but, 6lb better off and with blinkers first time, she could turn it around from the one stall today.

Julie Camacho, who has a near-50% strike-rate in handicaps on the course, has Roshambo perfectly poised: runner-up at Redcar to Ayr Bronze Cup third, Mattice, before landing the bets at Newcastle, favourite in first-time eye-shield. She has to overcome the wide stall 11. BETDAQ: 5.1 Roshambo, 12.5 Iris Dancer.

⭕ 3.30 Hamilton Front-runner She’sadabber won this two years ago as part of three wins in five races, all the strikes here at Hamilton under today’s jockey, Phil Dennis.

Dennis and ‘Dabber’ have won two, second twice, in her last six starts, with her trainer, Michael Mullineaux, currently 2-3.

Captain Corcoran has gone 15 starts without a win. Three weeks ago Birdie Bowers was David Thompson’s last win, with 11 losers since, including missed strikes (422) with three favourites. BETDAQ: 7.8 Shesadabber.

⭕ 4.30 Hamilton Saffie Osborne rode a hat-trick at Newcastle on Thursday night and scored another on Friday, with three of the four winners huge outsiders at 12-1, 28-1 and 40-1.

I strongly fancy her mount, Salve Japan, for a 10.0 tilt at the layers. Steadily finding some form (032), the filly is one of four sent up to Scotland today from Hugo Palmer’s Malpas yard, which won the Cesarewitch Trial at Newmarket yesterday with Rajinsky.

Five rivals at the front of the market look exposed, and Kanzino’s win the last day was in a seller.

Betdaq value 10.0 Salve Japan

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….

Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
