CHRISTMAS CRACKERS: In the last two days, Daqman has shown you some of the cracking animals, gift horses at the bonanza meetings of Kempton and Leopardstown over Christmas. Today there’s a timely reminder that the man who can build a profit from them is Daqman himself.

DAQMAN THURDAY: today Daqman has a selection of fancies from across the country including a Bangor NAP and a strong fancy from Chelmsford.

DAQMAN 21 POINTS UP ON PRICEWISE

Boxing Day has a racing bonanza. The man to be on is Daqman. The place to bet is BETDAQ, which gives you a massive advantage over the bookies at big-race times.

The BETDAQ orange for each race is overround down to as little as 101%, virtually a level playing-field for punters, whereas they would have to pay a built-in take-out of up to 37% with fixed-odds firms.

Pricewise has to check out and publish a dozen and more bookmakers in the Racing Post to find a best-odds list, which still doesn’t add up to much less than 120%, when the best odds by far are in fact the orange offers presented as one easy-to-read list for every race on BETDAQ.

Daqman is 21 points up on Pricewise in their corresponding feature-race bets at level stakes SP. In fact, he would leave Pricewise toiling in the rear if he properly utilised the value in Bull’s-Eye Bets at BETDAQ offers alongside the Pricewise claims from the morning line.

DAQMAN 6, PRICEWISE 2: Daqman is 21 points ahead of Pricewise, leading their value challenge 6-2. They are sure to be in competition on Boxing Day.

CHELMSFORD: DRAGON CAN ROAR

12.50 Chelmsford As is the norm for a Godolphin horse Bois De Boulogne is impeccably bred and should have the measure of these on his second start. John Gosdon’s colt was green on debut and was slightly hampered in the straight suggesting that with that experience he should be capable of going one better today. He again wears cheek-pieces so expect an aggressive ride from Robert Havlin from stall 10. At 2.12 on BETDAQ he looks to have outstanding claims of breaking his maiden.

2.20 Chelmsford A good quality conditions race for this time of year and smart turf performer Dragon Mall can be good enough here under Jamie Spencer. He has run with credit in Group 3 and Listed events last season and could make his mark on the all-weather returning from a 99 day break. It is a positive for his chances that he is already a winner at this course and at 4.5 he looks to have a fair chance.

BANGOR: BURROWS TOO GOOD FOR RIVALS

1.35 Bangor French flat recruit Burrows Park made a more than satisfactory debut over hurdles for his new yard last time and he looks like the type that could do well over hurdles. He has shown he can handle softer ground on the flat so conditions today shouldn’t be an issue and with the benefit of his initial experience he is a strong fancy today.

3.40 Bangor A form figure of “9” may not look much but making her debut in a listed bumper was always going to be tough for Pique Rock. In truth she ran a race full of promise and was only beaten 13 lengths at the finish. She takes a significant drop in class here and looks capable of making her presence felt in this company. An early show of 5.4 looks good value and she is put forward as the selection.

WOLVERHAMPTON: HAZARD TO LIGHT UP

4.00 Wolverhampton General Hazard was not far from completing the hat-trick last time and now that he is dropped back in trip and 2lbs, he may be capable of getting back to winning ways. Louis Steward takes off a valuable 3lbs and he was impressive when winning over this course and distance earlier this month. The 4.9 available on BETDAQ looks fair and he can hopefully round off a profitable day.
