EUROPA LEAGUE: We preview Thursday’s Europa League games featuring CHELSEA, RANGERS, ARSENAL and CELTIC all with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
LOTMOL VIDI V CHELSEA
5.55pm It’s the final matchday of the Europa League Group stages and Chelsea go into this tie with top spot on Group L already in the bag. MOL Vidi have everything to play for as they are in third position on six points, BATE also have six points and sit in second – so it’s fair to say that they will be very up for this clash; although we’ve obviously already seen the gulf in class between the sides. Chelsea are odds on favourites with the match odds at the time of writing currently trading; MOL Vidi 5.9, Chelsea 1.7 and the draw is 3.95. Chelsea will more than likely rest a number of players here and with nothing to play for, their competitive edge will surely be quite low here. They have had to grind out wins in the Europa League this season and without a target here; we can see MOL Vidi fighting for a result – we like the Chelsea lay at 1.7.

RAPID VIENNA V RANGERS
5.55pm Group G is definitely one of the most interesting situations tonight! All four teams can still go through and we’re bound to see some high drama. Rangers would have loved to have home advantage for a game as big as this one but they’ve already beaten Rapid Vienna 3-1 in this competition. This is a must win game for Rangers obviously so we’re bound to see them attacking more and more at the game goes on – Rangers have scored plenty of goals away from home in Europe this season but they don’t have to results to show for their goals. We can see a pretty open game here as the night goes on and with over 2.5 goals trading 1.85, we’re happy to back those odds. An early goal would really set this game alight and we’ve seen plenty of thrillers in this Group – overs looks very big at 1.85.

ARSENAL V QARABAG FK
8pm Arsenal are already through to the next stages of the competitions so they will go into this fixture with no stress. Unai Emery has already played the second XI against Qarabag in this competition and won 3-0 away from home; so it’s hard to see anything but an Arsenal win here given the gulf in class between the sides. The markets agree with Arsenal trading as short as 1.26 at the time of writing. We expect another smooth Arsenal win here as players fight for a chance to break into the first XI – Arsenal are playing so well this season that this is a superb opportunity for players to shine and for that reason we feel Arsenal will cover the handicap. They’re trading 2.26 -2 goals in the Asian Handicap (Stakes void if they win by exactly two) and that looks cracking value.

CELTIC V RED BULL SALZBURG
8pm Celtic might be three points ahead of RB Leipzig heading into the final fixture, however that won’t be any comfort to them tonight – they know they need a result. Luckily it’s in their hands and although they are playing the best team in Group B; because Red Bull Salzburg have won all their games in this Group they now have nothing to play for – an ideal situation for Celtic. We have an open market with the match odds at the time of writing currently trading; Celtic 2.68, Red Bull Salzburg 2.9 and the draw is 3.45. Celtic have an excellent record at home – they’ve won all their games here this season in the Scottish Premiership and the Europa League. There’s always an excellent atmosphere and we will definitely get that tonight with this being such an important game – with Red Bull Salzburg having nothing to play for we’re happy to lay them at 2.9 given Celtic’s home record.
