FA CUP WEDNESDAY: We preview Wednesday’s FA Cup 4th Round replay between WBA v BRIGHTON with extended stats and a BETDAQ recommended bet.

WEST BROM V BRIGHTON

8.05pm West Brom would have been happy with a draw away to Brighton, and now they get a chance to beat them in front of their home fans live on BBC. Hopefully we see more action in front of goal tonight compared to when the sides met the first time although it’s fair to say that we could see plenty of changes here. Both sides obviously have busy fixture lists but it would be sad to see the managers dismiss the FA Cup.

West Brom are fighting for promoting in the Championship and although they face a tough away trip to Stoke at the weekend, surely they should be going all out for a Premier League scalp here. Hopefully we see strong XI’s and at the time of writing we have a very open market – the match odds are currently; West Brom 3.0, Brighton 2.48 and the draw is 3.4.

Brighton have been much better at home this season compared to away from home and with them sitting in 13th position – it would be a shame to see the manager elect to rest players just because it’s the FA Cup – go for it! It’s hard to see anything other than a very close game here after seeing the sides meet the first time and we can also expect a low scoring affair.

Under 2.5 goals is a tempting bet however at the odds we can’t get away from the draw at 3.4 – that definitely looks the value in the match odds market and there isn’t much between these sides at all – especially with West Brom enjoying home advantage now. It might not be pretty to watch, but the draw at 3.4 looks like a great bet.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Draw at 3.4.
