PREVIEW

Roma have beaten Siena in each of the sides’ last three meetings, but they haven’t made a great start to life under new boss Luis Enrique.

Like Siena, the club from the capital have earned just one point from their opening two games, so both sit in the wrong half of the table.

However, the fact that Siena were playing in Serie B last season means the pressure in on Roma to deliver a win tonight at Stadio Olimpico. Odds are available on Betdaq at around 1.57 for a Roma victory, despite the fact that Enrique’s men lost at home to Cagliari on matchday one and Siena grafted a point from their only road game so far at Catania.

Roma’s elimination from the Europa League to Slovan Bratislava before the competition proper even got going illustrates the tough time they are going through at the moment.

But Roma managed to hold Inter Milan to a goalless draw at the San Siro in their last fixture, so will take confidence into this evening’s game, where they should grasp their first victory under Enrique.

With the hosts available at such short prices, it might be better to look to the correct score market. A punt on the 1-0 home win appeals at 7.6 on the Daq.

RECOMMENDATION: (1-10 points)

Roma 1-0 Siena at around 7.6: 2 points
Wednesday’s Return: +2.72 points
