Just the one winner so far this week for the Hannon stable (Osaila, who was actually fifth in this race last year) and his Illuminate has a strong chance in a very competitive Albany Stakes. She showed a good burst of speed at the end of her Salisbury debut win and can strike again.

ALOFT
Just three runs and hugely unexposed, Aloft was good enough to finish second in the Group 1 Racing Post Trophy at Doncaster. His ability to handle the dramatic step-up in trip has to be taken very much on trust but Aidan O’Brien is unlikely to have entered him if that was an issue and the trainer has an excellent record in the race.
The double is paying around 18.78 on BETDAQ MULTIPLES.
