PREMIER LEAGUE: We preview Friday’s Premier League game between BRIGHTON v MAN U.

BRIGHTON V MANCHESTER UNITED

8pm We kick off the Premier League weekend on Friday night this week as Manchester United travel to take on Brighton. Brighton look to be safe from relegation now on 37 points in 14th position; however things are tight at the bottom so they will still be battling hard. While United look to have second place wrapped up with Liverpool’s focus likely to be solely on the Champions League final.

The match odds at the time of writing currently trade; Brighton 4.9, Manchester United 1.89 and the draw is 3.7. United will be without their main man up front as Lukaku is out injured for this one, and it will be interesting to see how Jose Mourinho lines up his side.

United still look too big here at 1.89. Brighton are still battling to stay up and United have little to play for; however Brighton are in terrible form at the moment. From their last 18 games they have only managed three points – they are finishing the season poorly after an excellent start, and who knows – with form like that they could face a real battle on the last day to stay up if other results go against them.

Brighton did managed to draw 1-1 with Spurs here recently, however United eased past Brighton when the sides met recently in the FA Cup and at the odds were happy to back another United win.
