PREMIER LEAGUE: We preview Saturday’s Premier League games with a recommended BETDAQ bet. The highlight of the weekend looks to be ARSENAL v MAN U – live at 5.30pm.

CHELSEA V NEWCASTLE

12.30pm We didn’t have a 12-30PM Saturday kick off last weekend, however we get back to normal this weekend and all bets are 0% commission on BETDAQ for Chelsea v Newcastle! Chelsea went through some minor blips this season, however they have won five of their last six in all competitions now and they’re starting to keep clean sheets now too. Newcastle got a much needed draw midweek against West Brom, however they remain in poor form at the moment. A better side would have put them to the sword, and we expect an easy home win here to make it six games without a win for Newcastle. Chelsea are currently 1.82 -1.5 goals which looks massive given the goals they have scored lately and how they have been defending too. Newcastle are struggling, and an early Chelsea goal could see a big margin win here.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Chelsea -1.5 goals to beat Newcastle at 1.82.

BRIGHTON V LIVERPOOL

3pm While many punters may look at this fixture and see an easy win for Liverpool, looking at the stats makes this an interesting game. Brighton are currently sitting in 10th position, and have seemingly adjusted to life in the Premier League quite well. One important stat to note is that they have yet to concede more than two goals in a game – that makes the Asian Handicap betting very interesting. Liverpool have two their last two away from home, although one of those was against the struggling West Ham. We expect them to have a much tougher test here, Brighton look very well organized and we’re happy to back them +1 goal on the Asian Handicap (stakes void if Liverpool win by exactly one). They’re trading around 2.12 at the moment and that looks pretty big.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Brighton +1 goal (Asian Handicap) to beat Liverpool at 2.12.

EVERTON V HUDDERSFIELD

3pm It’s the return of Sam Allardyce as he takes over at Everton, and they have a great chance to record back-to-back wins here after beating West Ham midweek. Huddersfield have had some impressive performances at home, beating United and nearly drawing with City, however they continue to perform poorly away from home. With Allardyve coming in and Everton buoyed by the 4-0 win over West Ham midweek, now seems a great opportunity to back Everton. They still have a long way to go to improve their performances, however with Huddersfield failing to even score in their last six away games, Everton at 1.72 looks too big.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Everton to beat Huddersfield at 1.72.

LEICESTER V BURNLEY

3pm This is an interesting game! Burnley recorded yet another win midweek when winning 2-1 away to Bournemouth, and they still up in the 6th position in the table! This will be a very stern test for them here, against a Leicester side who were able to beat Spurs 2-1 here midweek. Leicester have generally always been good at home, even when they have had poor runs in the last two years. We have to say though, given Burnley’s away form this season, that Leicester look a little short at 1.83. Everything points to this game being a lot closer than those odds suggest – Burnley have got results away to Chelsea, Spurs and Liverpool already this season and from a value point of view, Leicester look a lay at 1.83.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Leicester at 1.83.

STOKE V SWANSEA

3pm This is a big game for both sides, with both of them sitting in the bottom five. A win for either would be massive, but Stoke have a little more comfort room than Swansea at the amount. Swansea have lost their last four games away from home, and with no signs of improvement that makes Stoke look pretty big at 1.98 to win here. They have been pretty solid at home this season, beating Arsenal and drawing with United for example, and with Swansea struggling away from home this seems like a good spot to back Stoke at 1.98.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Stoke to beat Swansea at 1.98.

WATFORD V TOTTENHAM

3pm Spurs are having a minor blip in their season at the moment. They’ve only recorded one win in their last four games in all competitions, and with Watford having a good season – you’ll need to be a little brave here to lump on Spurs at 1.75. With Spurs playing well away from home this season though, we can only see goals between these two. Watford have had plenty of goals in their games this season, indeed we saw six here between them and United during the week. Over 2.5 goals is trading 1.78 and that looks massive with these two attacking sides. It’s hard to see Spurs sitting back, and Watford continue to concede but also score their fair share.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Over 2.5 goals at 1.78.

WEST BROM V CRYSTAL PALACE

3pm We have another English manager returning to action this weekend as Alan Pardew takes charge at West Brom. This will be a very interesting game given the run that West Brom are on at the moment and where Crystal Palace are in the table. Palace have definitely shown signs of improvement under Hodgeson though, and they’re starting to put a small unbeaten run together. We have a pretty open market, however West Brom feel a little short at 2.6 – it’s hard to see Pardew having a big impact in such a small space of time, and we feel that this one will be a lot closer than odds of 2.6 suggest on West Brom.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay West Brom at 2.6.

ARSENAL V MANCHESTER UNITED

5.30pm Undoubtedly the highlight of the weekend, and there will be plenty of talking points after this game. How will Jose Mourinho set up his side here? He’s always quite negative away from home, and it would be hard to back United at 3.15 given what we’ve seen from Mourinho in big games away from home. He has a good record against Arsenal and Wenger, however it’s still hard to commit to backing United.

Arsenal are currently on a fantastic run of form at home too – they have recorded 12 straight wins here and thrashed Huddersfield 5-0 midweek. United have won four of their last five though, so Arsenal don’t look massive at 2.52, however there’s definitely a small bit of value in their price. For us though, the United lay at 3.15 jumps off the page and we’re happy to side with that.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Manchester United at 3.15.
