PREMIER LEAGUE SATURDAY: We preview Saturday’s Premier League games with a recommended BETDAQ bet. The weekend gets off to a flyer after the international break with CHELSEA v LEICESTER at 12.30pm.

Chelsea v Leicester

12.30pm An excellent match to welcome back the Premier League after the International break! Chelsea failed to record a win against Leicester in their last two league meetings, but prior to last season Leicester had a pretty poor record at Stamford Bridge with just one win from their last ten league visits. It’s obvious that Leicester aren’t the same team, performance wise, that we seen last season and the back four was all over the place in the first half against United – the 0-0 draw at home to Southampton before the International break was disappointing too. It’s hard to make a case for Leicester getting a result here and Chelsea are just about big enough to back at 1.61.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Chelsea to beat Leicester at 1.61.

Arsenal v Swansea

3pm Arsenal fans might be forgiven thinking this is their year after their last ditch winner against Burnley before the International break, and it’s a cliché of course but that’s what winning teams do! They should beat this Swansea team who currently sit 17th in the league with five losses from their seven games, but at around 1.29 in the match odds market, we want to look around elsewhere for a bigger price to tip.

Swansea have been finding the net in their recent games having scored in five of their last six in all competitions, it has been against strong teams too – Liverpool, City, Chelsea and Leicester all included. While Arsenal have been full of goals themselves, scoring 14 in their last five in all competitions, this could be an open game and we like over 2.5 goals at around 1.6.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Over 2.5 goals at 1.6.

Bournemouth v Hull

3pm Bournemouth have won just once in the last 12 league meetings between these two, however those games were too long ago to matter and Bournemouth are currently priced at 1.89 in the 90 minutes market. Thus far this season Hull have been poor at the back, they’ve shipped 11 goals in their last three Premier League games and Bournemouth seem to be the more solid of the pair heading into this game. They had solid 1-0 home wins against West Brom and Everton before drawing 2-2 with Watford before the International break and while it wouldn’t be our most confident selection of the weekend, we feel the 1.89 on Bournemouth offers a shade of value.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Bournemouth to beat Hull at 1.89.

Manchester City v Everton

3pm After starting the season so well under Pep Guardiola, Manchester City went disappointingly into the International break after a draw to Celtic and a loss to Tottenham – and the way they had been playing prior to the Champions League match against Celtic, you wouldn’t have seen them dropping any points, Guardiola had them breaking with such pace at times it was scary good. He’ll no doubt want to get back to winning ways and they should be able to do so at home to Everton who haven’t been setting the world alight thus far this season, since they beat Middlesbrough in the league, they have lost to Norwich in the cup, then Bournemouth and then drew at home to Crystal Palace – not form that would make you think they can beat City here. At around the 1.52 mark, we feel that City are big enough to back.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Manchester City to beat Everton at 1.52.

Stoke v Sunderland

3pm It’s still early in the season but what a massive game this is for both sides as they currently sit 19th and 20th in the league, a win here either could potentially see them get out of the relegation zone provided other results go their way – a bit early to be thinking that but it could kick start their season and if there’s a loser they would be nailed to the bottom and a few points away from the others already. It goes without saying that both have been poor this season but in recent games there has been hope for both, a similar performance at the back from Stoke that seen them draw 1-1 with United before the International break will be good enough here and with home advantage we prefer to back them at 2.04 than lay them. It could be a long season for whoever loses here.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Stoke to beat Sunderland at 2.04.

West Brom v Tottenham

3pm After seven games Spurs find themselves being to only team yet to be beaten after beating City 2-0 before the International break and they will be very confident of extending that run against West Brom who have drawn their last two against Stoke and Sunderland. Spurs are on a winning run of five games in all competitions and have an excellent record against West Brom – they’ve lost just once in the last 13 league meetings and the 1.75 is too big not to back here.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Tottenham to beat West Brom at 1.75.

PREMIER LEAGUE ACCA

We are going to advise a 3PM kick off Premier League Acca that we like too, it consists of Arsenal, Manchester City, Tottenham and Bournemouth. It currently pays 5.4 on BETDAQ Multiples and we feel that offers huge value!

Crystal Palace v West Ham

5.30pm After a poor enough start to their campaign this season, Crystal Palace have improved and are now on an unbeaten run of five, with three wins and two draws. Meanwhile West Ham find themselves sitting in 18th in the league and have been letting in goals for fun, its all gone wrong since they were 2-0 up against Watford only to go on to lose 4-2, they’ve now conceded 12 goals in their last four league games. Maybe the International break might help them in the sense that it gave them a bit of break in the poor run, however its still time lost from working on their defence too. On balance, Crystal Palace seem to be the bet here on recent form – its hard to support West Ham in the market until they sort out their problems at the back.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Crystal Palace to beat West Ham at 2.16.
