PREMIER LEAGUE: We preview Sunday’s two Premier League games with recommended BETDAQ bets. It’s NEWCASTLE V ARSENAL at 1.30pm and MANCHESTER UNITED V WEST BROM at 4pm.

NEWCASTLE V ARSENAL

1.30pm There are lots of memories between these two; however things have changed a lot at both clubs since the old days! Arsenal are finishing the season strongly – boosted by a good run in the Europa League, however their away form has to remain a worry if you are considering backing them here. The match odds at the time of writing currently trade; Newcastle 3.45, Arsenal 2.2 and the draw is 3.7.

Arsenal had a tough away trip to Russia on Thursday night, and it’s always tricky to travel that far midweek and then face a Premier League game a couple of days later. Teams are used to it now, however we seen plenty of surprise results in the past. Newcastle have won their last three coming into this game, albeit against weaker opposition – we feel that this is a good situation to lay Arsenal at 2.2. Newcastle are in good form, Arsenal had a tough midweek away trip and also have a poor away record this season – we feel they should be a few ticks bigger than 2.2

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Arsenal at 2.2.

MANCHESTER UNITED V WEST BROM

4pm With the situation that West Brom are in; this will be the stadium they will least want to visit! Their fight to stay up looks over already though; and it remains to be seen what another change in manager will do for the club. Pardew didn’t improve the team, and they have paid the price. The markets expect a comfortable home win, with the match odds at the time of writing trading; Manchester United 1.19, West Brom 23.0 and the draw is 8.2.

It’s hard to see anything but a United victory here. West Brom have been woeful this season, and United have been excellent at home this season. They surprised everyone when coming from behind to beat Manchester City 3-2 last weekend, and one wonders how many goals they could score if they attacked like that all the time. West Brom have been failing to score away from home and with their poor record, we can see Untied covering the handicap. They’re currently trading 2.1 -2 goals on the Asian Handicap (stakes void if they win by exactly 2) and that looks too big.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Manchester United -2 goals Asian Handicap to beat West Brom at 2.1.
