IRISH RACING IS BACK TONIGHT AT DUNDALK: We welcome back the first day of Irish racing since Navan on Sunday.
Shamrock’s run of winning naps came to a crashing end with the fall of Don Cossack (when beaten) at Navan on Sunday but it was still a sequence of seven winning naps from the last ten selections.
We’ll try and kick off a new sequence today for the Festive period.
128 runners are entered for Dundalk’s eight race all-weather card which gets underway at 6.00 tonight.
In the second race at 6.30, Lily Of Kenmare has shown promise in both her starts here – including a course and distance second last time out to Epic Encounter. She was sent off favourite that day and beaten four lengths but tonight’s race doesn’t look any more competitive and she can make it third time lucky.
In the second division of this race at 7.00 I want to be against Oh So Lucy who has had plenty of chances and hasn’t fared well win the draw department.
