11/2 WINNING NAP FOR SHAMROCK AS ACTRESS FOLLOWS SCRIPT: SHAMROCK landed an 11/2 winning nap from his only bet yesterday in the Ballyogan Stakes at the Curragh.
Actress put on a great show at the Curragh last night, making most of the running in the Ballyogan Stakes to win comfortably at 11/2.
It was an 11/2 WINNING NAP for SHAMROCK and Actress was also tipped up by colleague DAQMAN.
It’s now three winning naps from the last four for SHAMROCK.
Curragh race again this afternoon and the feature race is the McDonnell’s Bar June Fest Silver Stakes at 3.55pm.
Apart from Indigo Lady springing a massive 66/1 surprise in 2014 the market leaders generally do well in this and Ger Lyons must have a big chance here with the 110 rated Mustajeer.
He was thrown in at the deep end on his seasonal reappearance but performed admirably when fourth in the Group 2 Mooresbridge Stakes behind Cliffs Of Moher.
A reproduction of that effort should prove too good for his rivals here which include the Aidan O’Brien trained duo Easter Lily and Sizzling.
