10/20 NAPS IN 2020: SHAMROCK heads to the Dublin Racing Festival in good 2020 form. He had 10 winning NAPS from 20 in January – the latest being Annie B WON 5/4 at Dundalk last night to make it a profit of 3.55 points on the year so far.

A comfortable win from Annie B to land the SHAMROCK NAP last night and continue the good record of the NAPS in January.

We’re spoilt for choice with the Dublin Racing Festival and don’t miss DAQMAN’s extensive preview.

Four Grade 1 races on Saturday to relish and for me the best bet on the card comes in the final one – the day one highlight the PCI Irish Champion Hurdle.

Klassical Dream was pulled out yesterday and this gives a further boost to Honeysuckle in her bid to remain unbeaten. She is a remarkable mare who keeps relishing every step up in class and was most impressive when winning the Hatton’s Grace at Fairyhouse in December by nine lengths.

It could easily develop into a match with the Willie Mullins trained Sharjah. The trainer has had six winners in this race since 2011 and Sharjah looked good here over Christmas when winning the Matheson Hurdle beating Petit Mouchoir but this is even tougher and the potential of Honeysuckle is preferred.

SHAMROCK’S BETS:
NAP: Honeysuckle (3.10 Leopardstown)

2020 NAPS: 10/20 +3.55 (to a 1 unit level stake)
