MULLINS TO GET ONE OVER ELLIOTT: With Gordon Elliott dominating Cheltenham and winning the Grand National on Saturday, Willie Mullins can strike a blow back in the Grade 2 Juvenile Hurdle at Fairyhouse this afternoon.

Spring like day at Newmarket for the start of their Craven meeting but at home the weather continues to spoil the fun.

Thursday’s card at Tipperary has been called off after heavy rain and Friday’s card at Kilbeggan, which was called off on Monday, has now been transferred to Limerick on the same evening.

There’s a good card at Fairyhouse today starting at 4.05pm.

In the Grade 2 Juvenile Hurdle at 4.40 Willie Mullins has made a big move to win it by saddling four of the seven runners, and guess what ???? Gordon Elliott has the other three !

Mitchouka (Elliott) has had a busy campaign and after pulling up in the Fred Winter might just be vulnerable to a lightly raced improver.

I think that well could be the Willie Mullins trained Saglawy who steps up class after a devastating win in a maiden hurdle at Gowran Park last time out on heavy ground. Hard to not see him improving further and he could easily be good enough.
