NAVAN NAP: SHAMROCK’s NAP on Wednesday runs in the one mile maiden at Navan at 4.10pm.

Navan’s flat card this afternoon has generally attracted some big fields and will be run on expected soft ground.

Best bet on the card for me is the Joseph O’Brien trained Degraves who bids to make it third time lucky in the one mile maiden at 4.10pm.

The son of Camelot has shown promise in his two starts to date, both at The Curragh. He was fourth on debut to Lady Jane Wilde and followed that up with a third last time out to Sinawann over today’s trip.

The biggest danger may come from a debutant. There’s been plenty of early BETDAQ support for the Ger Lyons trained Chiricahua and with the stable in form it would be no surprise to see a big run from him.

SHAMROCK’S BETS:
NAP: Degraves (4.10 Navan)
