SEVILLA V REAL MADRID

3.15pm What a brilliant day ahead in Europe. Don’t forget all football bets are 0% commission on BETDAQ Betting Exchange today too, so there’s a bit of extra value on offer. We start the day with Sevilla hosting Real Madrid and I think it’s fair to say that we have an unusual market. Sevilla are favourites, which is usually not the case when Real Madrid are in town. Real have been having a very odd season and they have had a very poor week. They lost 2-1 to Alaves last weekend when they started at a very short price and then lost 2-0 to Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League midweek. As I said last weekend, you just can’t trust them at the moment.

It’s very interesting to see how this game will go because you wouldn’t say that Sevilla have been playing their best football this season. They start the weekend eight points off the leaders, but they do have two games in hand. They’ve had some disappointing performances, especially midweek when losing 4-0 to Chelsea, but it comes back to the same question – how can you trust Real at the moment? They have been very poor and I like a small lay on Real at 2.88. Sevilla can get a result here given the chances Real have been giving up lately.

The Ultra Says:
One point lay (liability) Real Madrid to beat Sevilla at 2.88 on BETDAQ Betting Exchange

BAYERN MUNICH V RB LEIPZIG

5.30pm We move to the Bundesliga at 5-30pm for an absolute cracker. RB Leipzig started the Bundesliga season on fire after their great run in the Champions League after lockdown. They topped the league for a while, but they have had a few setbacks and now Bayern Munich are two points clear. I don’t think anyone expects Bayern not to be lifting the title again this season, but it looks like Leipzig might be the main challenger this season and not Dortmund; if you could call anyone a challenger to Bayern! We should have an excellent game here between two high quality sides.

It’s difficult to go against Bayern for any game domestically. They are just that much better than everyone else in the Bundesliga, but there are rare occasions that I look at the odds and just think they are too short – and this fixture is one of those occasions. They look desperately short here at 1.45. Leipzig are a rock solid side, we know that, but my reasoning for laying Bayern today is they aren’t creating the volume of chances they usually do. Their last five xG’s read: 1.03, 0.85, 1.37, 1.58 and 1.37. Those are low figures for Bayern and while they have been still winning games – maybe Leipzig can be the team to outscore them today. A small investment on the Bayern lay for me.

The Ultra Says:
One point lay (liability) Bayern Munich to beat RB Leipzig at 1.45 on BETDAQ Betting Exchange

CADIZ V BARCELONA

8pm We finish the day in La Liga with Barcelona travelling to take on Cadiz. This is an excellent chance for Barcelona to climb the table if they can take advantage of an average Cadiz side. The one thing I would say about Cadiz is that they find ways to get points which is a credit to them! They are actually higher in the table than Barcelona despite their poor performances from an xG point of view. They were able to beat Real Madrid however! Usually they don’t create much over an xG of 1 with their last five xG’s reading: 0.68, 0.10, 0.44, 1.01 and 0.30. Barcelona started the matchday weekend in 7th which is a sign of how out of sorts they have been this season.

Looking at their recent performances, perhaps the dressing room issues have been forgotten about for the time being. We all know that they are having problems with Messi, and perhaps this will come up again when the transfer window opens but they have been playing a lot better lately. It must be said that the quality of opposition has been poor, but their last six xG’s were: 3.98, 3.91, 3.01, 1.23, 3.95 and 4.10. That’s the Barcelona we know. Cadiz can sometimes stop teams but with Barcelona finding form I think a small investment on Any Other Away Win in the Correct Score market is worth it at 5.5.

The Ultra Says:
One point win Any Other Away Win Correct Score at 5.5 on BETDAQ Betting Exchange
