LA LIGA / BUNDESLIGA Our football tipster The Ultra previews Saturday’s games between ALAVES v ATLETICO MADRID, GLADBACH v DORTMUND and REAL MADRID v VILLARREAL all with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

ALAVES V ATLETICO MADRID

1pm What a cracking Saturday we have in store and all football bets are 0% Commission on BETDAQ Betting Exchange! We start earlier than usual in La Liga with Alaves hosting Atletico Madrid. Alaves have had a terrible start to the season losing all five of their games so far, they sit rock bottom and I have to say the season looks very grim so far. Barcelona dropped further points mid-week when they had to settle for their third draw in five games and although it’s very early in the season it looks like a two horse race this season between the big clubs from Madrid. I know we always felt that would be the case after Messi left Barcelona, but it looks like the decline is worse than expected. What a fantastic chance for Atletico to win back-to-back La Liga titles however, and if they are going to do that they need to win games like today.

There’s no doubt Atletico should win this game, and I have to say the 1.56 looks huge. I know Atletico haven’t exactly been firing yet this season – it’s obvious looking at their xG figures that they haven’t been created as many chances as they usually would, but Alaves have been conceding so many that Atletico will get plenty of chances to score here. Alaves have given away xG figures of 2.44, 1.34, 2.09, 1.48 and 1.77 this season – the lowest figures with home advantage against Mallorca who just came up into La Liga. It seems very likely Alaves will go down this season, and Atletico put in a much improved performance mid-week when beating Getafe. They finished with an xG of 1.79 away from home, and they will likely have a very similar xG here. I would have them close to 1.4, and they have to be a Max Bet at 1.56.

The Ultra Says:
Five points win Atletico Madrid to beat Alaves at 1.56 with BETDAQ Exchange.

GLADBACH V DORTMUND

5.30pm Next we move to the Bundesliga as Gladbach host Dortmund. This should be a very entertaining game, and it’s important game for both sides for different reasons. Gladbach have had a very poor start to the season since drawing 1-1 with Bayern Munich on the opening weekend. They have lost three of their four games since, and they sit just outside the relegation zone. They won’t go down this season, they are too good for that, but they won’t be getting European football or anything like that. They have gone backwards over the last few seasons, and they need to try and turn things around. Dortmund will see this game as a fantastic chance to get another three points and make it five wins from six games.

Dortmund have put four nice wins together across all competitions, but they were a little lucky to score four times in their last game against Union Berlin. Looking at the xG figures from their games, they seem to end up playing a very open game all the time! They have had over 2.5 goals in all six of their last games, and they have seen seven goals three times! It’s easy to see why over 2.5 goals is so short at around 1.45, and that looks a good option for any Acca today. I like the Dortmund win here at 1.83 however. Gladbach look like a very average side this season, they have been simply conceding too many chances and they can’t do that against a side like Dortmund – I would have them much shorter and they are a confident bet.

The Ultra Says:
Four points win Dortmund to beat Gladbach at 1.83 with BETDAQ Exchange.

REAL MADRID V VILLARREAL

8pm We move back to La Liga to finish the day and we should have a cracking game here. Villarreal are a long way away from the top four in La Liga in terms of quality, but they are a tricky side to beat and they will take a few points off the big boys during the course of the season. They had the joint-most draws of any side in the top ten last season, the other finishing in 10th by the way, and they have started where they left off! They’ve drawn four of their opening five games, and it looks like they will have another tough battle for the European spots this season. They fell out of the top six on the run-in last season, only to get into Europe through winning the Europa League! Real Madrid should be winning this game, but you know it won’t be fully straightforward.

Although Villarreal started the season playing average football, they drew 0-0 with Granada and then had lucky draws against Espanyol and Atletico Madrid in games they should have lost, they have actually bounced back well and performed in their last three games. They created an xG of 2.2 against Atalanta in the Champions League and then deserved to win against Mallorca before finally beating Elche. At the moment however, Real Madrid are blowing teams away. They are putting up some impressive figures going forward, and then winning tricky ties like away to Inter Milan in the Champions League – they weren’t the best side, but they grinded out a classic 1-0 win away from home. The 1.53 is worth taking on Madrid here, but with stakes smaller than the two above bets today.

The Ultra Says:
Two points win Real Madrid to beat Villarreal at 1.53 with BETDAQ Exchange.
