LIGUE 1/BUNDESLIGA/LA LIGA/SERIE A PREVIEW: Our football tipster The Ultra previews Sunday’s games between RENNES v PSG, ESPANYOL v REAL MADRID, BAYERN MUNICH v EINTRACHT FRANKFURT and ATALANTA v AC MILAN all with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

RENNES V PSG

12pm What a Sunday in Europe! We have the top sides in action today from Ligue 1, La Liga and the Bundesliga, with a very interesting game in Serie A later too – it’s going to be a fascinating day in the markets on BETDAQ Betting Exchange. We start early in Ligue 1 with PSG traveling to take on Rennes. PSG will be absolutely buzzing after their 2-0 win against Manchester City midweek in the Champions League, with Messi scoring being the icing on the cake. I said after their disappointing 1-1 draw with Club Brugge in their opening Champions League game that the Champions League will be the acid test for them this season, and they would have been delighted with the result. Manchester City performed well though, and the result definitely flattered PSG. Of course, we all know the Champions League and Ligue 1 are worlds apart.

PSG will start the weekend round of fixtures already nine points clear the top of Ligue 1. They have won eight of eight games, and so far it looks like nobody can stop them. That’s why I was very surprised when I clicked into the market and saw PSG trading 1.65. That prices looks absolutely massive to beat an average Rennes side. By Ligue 1 standards, Rennes actually have a decent record against PSG because PSG have only won once in the last three meetings – plus you have to take on board that PSG could be missing some players after the Champions League midweek game and the upcoming International break but all things considered the 1.65 still looks massive to me. Rennes started the weekend in 13th with only nine points from eight games, and PSG are a Max Bet for me at the odds.

The Ultra Says:
Five points win PSG to beat Rennes at 1.65 with BETDAQ Exchange.

ESPANYOL V REAL MADRID

3.15pm Next we move to La Liga as Espanyol take on Real Madrid. Despite drawing last weekend, it was actually a decent week for Real with Atletico losing – that meant they started the weekend round of fixtures of the table, and with Atletico playing Barcelona on Saturday night, this is a good chance to extend their lead. They were involved in one of the shocks of the season when losing 2-1 to Sheriff Tiraspol at home in the Champions League on Tuesday. It was absolutely incredible, but when you look at the xG figures there is nothing to worry about. Real created an xG of 3.20 and conceded just 0.35 – it was a wonder goal from Sheriff Tiraspol to win and a freak result. Real Don’t have to change much – similar can be said about their 0-0 draw with Villarreal because they created an xG of 1.67.

Real have started the season in excellent form, and although they arrive into this fixture without a win in two games, they aren’t under pressure. If they keep playing like they are they will win the title back. This is a fantastic chance for three points here as Espanyol have started the season slowly. They only have six points from six seven games, and won’t be far away from the relegation zone should they lost this fixture. Apart from the win over Alaves and the draw with Villarreal, Espanyol have been pretty poor. They clearly have issues going forward – for example they have finished games with figures of 0.61, 0.45 and 0.50 already this season. I’ve never had two Max Bet on the same day, but Real Madrid are another Max Bet for me here at 1.71 – I feel they should be closer to 1.5 to beat an average Espanyol side.

The Ultra Says:
Five points win Real Madrid to beat Espanyol at 1.71 with BETDAQ Exchange.

BAYERN MUNICH V EINTRACHT FRANKFURT

4.30pm We move to the Bundesliga in the afternoon as the German Champions Bayern Munich host Eintracht Frankfurt. As I said in my Saturday preview, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth in my opinion when Bayern Munich raid their closest rivals for their best players, and at the start of weekend they already had a three point lead after six games with RB Leipzig dropping out as a challenger. Dortmund are unlikely to challenge either in my opinion, but they will finish a distant second. It will be one way traffic in the Bundesliga this season unfortunately – you could say that every year in fairness, but I felt like RB Leipzig were getting close before the summer transfer window. Such is life.

Anyway; onto today and the market can’t see past an easy Bayern win here. They trade 1.21 at the time of writing, surely the lowest price in any major league today. Eintracht Frankfurt have had a very slow start to the season as they started the weekend in 14th two places away from the relegation playoff spot. They come here off the back of five draws in a row in the Bundesliga, remarkably drawing their last four games 1-1, and there was a 1-1 thrown in there in the Europa League to make it five in a row. I doubt it will finish 1-1 today however! Although on paper Eintracht Frankfurt have been keeping games tight, if you look at the xG figures they have been conceding plenty of chances. They conceded 1.98 v Wolfsburg and 2.53 v Fenerbahce in the Europa League. With Bayern in such good form, they just can’t afford to give away chances like that. I can only see a smooth win for Bayern here, and the 1.57 is worth backing on Bayern Munich/Bayern Munich HT/FT.

The Ultra Says:
Two points win Bayern Munich/Bayern Munich HT/FT at 1.57 with BETDAQ Exchange.

ATALANTA V AC MILAN

7.45pm We move over to Serie A to finish a brilliant day all around Europa as Atalanta host AC Milan. It’s fair to say with Jose Mourinho now at Roma things are hotting up in Serie A, and Atalanta and Juventus have dropped off the pace at the top of the table at the start of the season. AC Milan have started the season in good form on the other hand, and it’s interesting to see Atalanta such a big favourite here. AC Milan sat in second at the start of the weekend with five wins from six games, just two points off the leaders Napoli. They lost 2-1 to Atletico Madrid midweek in the Champions League, but you could somewhat expect that. I have to say, I don’t see why Atalanta are so short here, and they look an excellent value lay.

I respect the fact that they should be favourites with home advantage, and that AC Milan finished the season pretty poorly last season, but I don’t see why we should have such a big difference in the odds here. Atalanta played Inter Milan last week and conceding a whopping xG of 4.25! They were very lucky to come away with a 2-2 draw in the end, and in general they have been giving away a lot of chances this season. AC Milan have come up short in the Champions League, but you could somewhat expect that given the teams they’ve had to play, and I expect a pretty close game here. Atalanta look a great lay from a value point of view – AC Milan will make this game closer than 2.1 suggests.

The Ultra Says:
Two points lay (liability) Atalanta to beat AC Milan at 2.1 with BETDAQ Exchange.
