EUROPE ON SUNDAY: Our European football tipster The Ultra previews ATALANTA v JUVENTUS, ATLETICO MADRID v EIBAR, NAPOLI v INTER MILAN and GETAFE v REAL MADRID all with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

ATALANTA V JUVENTUS

2pm What a superb day in Europe! It’s actually the best Sunday we’ve had for a long time. With the Champions League, the major teams have been playing on a Saturday but we have four huge games across Serie A and La Liga today – I can’t wait! We’re bound to see some in-running drama on BETDAQ Betting Exchange! We start the day with Atalanta hosting Juventus and unsurprisingly we have a very open betting market. Inter Milan are away and gone at the top of the table, but then there’s only two points between AC Milan in 2nd and Atalanta in 4th with Juventus in the middle. You then have Napoli just two points outside the top four, and they play Inter Milan later this evening!

Juventus have been in good form lately, and beat Napoli 2-1 two weeks ago. They have been record some very impressive xG figures – even in their recent 2-2 draw with Torino they game finished 3.21 to 0.88 on xG and then they lost 1-0 to Benevento but finished the game with an xG of 2.45. Those are some impressive numbers, and they were unlucky to exit the Champions League too. Atalanta are always the side in Serie A that people talk about as being title contenders, but they have yet to really do it in the big games. They put in some nice xG figures against the smaller sides but come up short against the top sides. They lost 1-0 recently to Inter Milan in a tight game, and Real Madrid absolutely bossed their Champions League fixture. I feel Juve are too big here in what should be a close game. They are worth backing at 2.86.

The Ultra Says:
Two points win Juventus to beat Atalanta at 2.86 with BETDAQ Betting Exchange

ATLETICO MADRID V EIBAR

3.15pm Next we go over to La Liga for a massive game for Atletico Madrid at the top of the table. It’s a busy day in La Liga as we had the Copa Del Rey Final last night, and we should know a lot more about the title race by the end of today. After Real Madrid won El Clasico last weekend and Atletico could only draw with Real Betis, Atletico find themselves only one point ahead of Real Madrid and two points ahead of Barcelona. Atletico probably would have been happy to see Real win if there was going to be a winner, as Barcelona went into that game with good momentum. The reality is Atletico have slipped up, and now the pressure is on.

You’d have to say that from an Atletico point of view, Eibar are a welcome fixture. However, Eibar are fighting for their lives at the bottom of the table. They might be sitting bottom, but a win would see them match Elche for points in 18th and be within touching distance of getting out of the relegation zone. They might be a very limited and average side, but I’m sure a nervous Atletico would rather play a side with nothing to play for. Atletico have had some tricky fixtures in recent weeks but they played poorly in their 1-0 loss to Sevilla and a draw was a fair result against Real Betis. They simply need a win to settle the nerves after Real and Barcelona have closed the gap. Eibar usually try to keep games tight, but they are really limited going forward. Their last three xG figures have been 0.55, 0.36 and 0.70. I feel Atletico will win here, but I’m happy to skip the 1.48. I much prefer under 2.5 goals at 1.61 – I think Atletico will have to grind out a scrappy win.

The Ultra Says:
One point win Under 2.5 goals at 1.61 with BETDAQ Betting Exchange

NAPOLI V INTER MILAN

7.45pm Next we move back to Serie A for another high quality fixture. Inter Milan have the luxury of having an 11 point gap at top of Serie A as we go into the run-in and they won’t be caught unless something crazy happens. They have played some superb football, and they have really chased down AC Milan who topped the table for so long and then kicked on to put the title question to bed. Juventus were the closest to them in the betting, but they haven’t been able to close the gap – it’s got bigger. This is a big game for Inter, but it’s probably more important for Napoli given their situation in the table. They started the day two points outside the top four and with Atalanta and Juventus playing each other earlier, this is a chance to get right back in the mix for a Champions League spot.

Inter come into the game with a long line of victories, and they have been grinding out games. They have won their last six by one goal and while they have been putting in the odds impressive xG figure, they haven’t been blowing teams away. You have to admire them however, to grind out such a winning run and put the title to bed. Napoli have been winning a lot of games recently too, just coming up short against Juventus two weeks ago. They tend to have more open games, and I feel this will be their downfall today. Inter will gladly take their chances, while they are rock solid at the back and stop Napoli. Inter have been excellent this season, and the 2.4 is far too big here. I know Napoli are a great side, but they are short of the type of class that Inter have.

The Ultra Says:
Three points win Inter Milan to beat Napoli at 2.4 with BETDAQ Betting Exchange

GETAFE V REAL MADRID

8pm We move back to La Liga to finish the day with a very important fixture! By the time Real Madrid will kick off, they will know what Atletico Madrid have done earlier in the day and this game will either be to close the gap to one point ahead or go top of La Liga. It’s already been an excellent ten days for Real as they dumped Liverpool out of the Champions League with a very impressive performance and then beat Barcelona in El Clasico in-between the first and the second leg. Getafe will put up a good fight however, as they are just about in a relegation fight. I say just about, as they are only one win away from safety really but they started the day only four points away from 18th.

It’s been a while since Getafe won a game, but they were very unlucky against Cadiz in their last fixture as they lost 1-0 after creating an xG of 2.48. They managed a 0-0 draw in March against Atletico Madrid, but they were lucky to do so looking at the xG figures. Real Madrid should steamroll this Getafe side and in my opinion the 1.5 is worth backing. Real have been very strong lately and I know they can slightly underperform against the smaller sides after such a big week, but they will know how important every game is in La Liga now. I feel everything points to a Real win, and the 1.5 is good value. I’d have them 1.4.

The Ultra Says:
Three points win Real Madrid to beat Getafe at 1.5 with BETDAQ Betting Exchange
