MONDAY
We kick off an exciting week with some FA Cup action as Derby take on West Ham in a crucial fourth round matchup. The last time that these sides clashed in the FA Cup was back in 1923, almost exactly 100 years ago. Catch the game from 19:45 on ITV.

TUESDAY
Tuesday provides more football drama as Luton Town face Cardiff in the Championship at 19:45 on Sky Sports. Elsewhere, Newcastle United battle it out with Southampton to secure their place in the League Cup Final at 20:00 (Sky Sports).

WEDNESDAY
The new month gets going with South Africa against England for the 3rd ODI on Wednesday morning. Catch the action live on Sky Sports from 11:00. Manchester United hope to seal Nottingham Forrest’s fate in the League Cup Semi-Final, after bettering the side 3-0 in the first leg, watch live on Sky Sports from 20:00.

THURSDAY
Thursday brings DP World Tour action as we travel to the United Arab Emirates for the Ras al Khaimah Championship, Day 1 (08:30, Sky Sports). If this golfing spectacle wasn’t enough, you can also follow the Pebble Beach Pro-Am from 16:30 on Sky Sports. Don’t forget to catch the Darts Premier League action from 19:00, also on Sky Sports.

FRIDAY
The working week wraps up with Day 2 of both the Ras al Khaimah Championship and the Pebble Beach Pro-Am, live at 08:30 and 16:30 respectively on Sky Sports. In the evening you can enjoy some quality football as Chelsea take on Fulham and West Brom face Coventry in the Championship, both starting at 20:00 on Sky Sports.

SATURDAY
Saturday is truly filled with action, starting off with Day 3 of the Ras al Khaimah Championship, from 08:30 on Sky Sports. Next, we have Leicester Women against Manchester City Women in the WSL, live from 11:30 on Sky Sports. Norwich City face Burnley and Everton clash with Arsenal, both live from 12:30 on Sky Sports and BT Sport respectively.

Finally, the moment has arrived with the Six Nations back in action, kicking off with Wales against Ireland at 14:15 and swiftly followed by England versus Scotland 16:45, on BBC and ITV respectively. The golfing drama continues for Day 3 of the Pebble Beach Pro-Am (16:00, Sky Sports), and the day is rounded off with Newcastle versus West Ham at 17:30 on Sky Sports.

SUNDAY
Sunday brings day four of the Ras al Khaimah Championship from 08:30 on Sky Sports, which is followed by some Scottish Premiership action in the form of St Johnstone versus Celtic at midday. In the WSL, Tottenham Women clash with Chelsea Women in what should be an epic battle at 12:30 on BBC, with Nottingham Forest versus Leeds afterwards on Sky Sports from 14:00.

The Six Nations continues with Italy against France which kicks off from 15:00 on ITV, with Tottenham challenging Manchester City from 16:30 on Sky Sports. The week is topped off with Day 4 of the Pebble Beach Pro-Am from 18:00 and finally West Ham Women against Arsenal Women at 18:45, both live on Sky Sports.
