WEEK AHEAD: The summer of sport keeps on giving this week with the culmination of both Euro 2020 and Wimbledon.

The second week of Wimbledon gets going on Monday as we reach the business end of the third Grand Slam of the year. Can Novak Djokovic win his third major in a row? Action from SW19 is available to watch daily on BBC from 11am. Moving on to Tuesday and it’s the first Euro 2020 semi-final between Italy and Belgium at Wembley, with the second taking place 24 hours later at the same stadium. Earlier in the day on Wednesday, the British and Irish Lions continue their build-up to their Test series with South Africa with a game against at the Sharks at 7pm on Sky Sports, before a huge night at Wembley sees England take on Denmark hoping to reach their first ever Euros final.

Thursday sees the opening round of the Scottish Open from the Renaissance Club, with the action live on Sky Sports at 12pm. The likes of Rory McIlroy will be in attendance as the world’s best aim to hone their skills ahead of next week’s Open Championship. An hour later, it’s the turn of England’s cricketers who begin their ODI series against Pakistan at 1pm, again on Sky Sports. There’s more golf action in the evening with the John Deere Classic from 8pm.

It’s exactly the same menu on Friday with the men’s semi-finals at Wimbledon taking place before the golf action gets underway across both sides of the pond.

On to Saturday and there is the Wimbledon women’s final, the second ODI between England and Pakistan, more golf from Scotland and America as well as the British and Irish Lions encounter with the Bulls.

As if you needed any more, Sunday features the small matter of the Wimbledon men’s final, the final rounds of the Scottish Open and John Deere Classic as well as the small matter of the final of Euro 2020.

We think you’ll agree, it’s a week of sport not to be missed!
