WORLD CUP QUALIFIERS: Another busy evening of World Cup Qualifiers on Saturday. We preview three games with a recommended BETDAQ bet including GEORGIA v REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.

GEORGIA V REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

5pm If Ireland are to qualify for the 2018 World Cup, then they really need to be winning these kind of games. Serbia play at home to Moldova today, who sit last in Group D – Georgia are just one point ahead of them – and Ireland really can’t slip up. Ireland have been superb in qualifying thus far though, and are currently on a brilliant run – they’ve only lost twice since the start of Euro 2016. They’ll need more than a draw here though, and they haven’t kept many clean sheets away from home lately. That has to be a worry, but based on value – Ireland look massive at 1.81. They should really outclass this Georgia side who have looked poor in qualifying so far, it may take a while for Ireland to break them down though after from home – and you might get a bigger price in running, but for us as a straight bet, Ireland are too big at 1.81.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Republic Of Ireland to beat Georgia at 1.81.

WALES V AUSTRIA

7.45pm Ireland and Serbia have must win games in Group D to keep their places at the top of the table, however this is an even bigger game in Group D. It’s simple, lose and you are highly unlikely to qualify – almost as good as out. Both teams are locked together on eight points apiece, four behind Ireland and Serbia – if one of them was to slip up and either team wins here, they would be obviously right back in it. The atmosphere will be electric, and Wales have a good recent record at home – you have to go all the way back to 2013 to find a competitive loss. That stat makes the 2.3 on Wales look too big to us, and we’re happy to take the value.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Wales to beat Serbia at 2.3.

SPAIN V ITALY

7.45pm These sides are probably getting sick of the slight of each other! However, both are currently way clear in Group G and they’ll be battling for top spot again here. Both have been superb thus far in qualifying and we can expect a cracker, the odds at the time of writing currently stand at; Spain 1.83, Italy 5.3 and the draw is 3.5. Spain look pretty short at 1.83, granted they have home advantage – but Italy are currently an unbeaten run of eight games. In true Italian fashion, they’ve only conceded once in their last seven – and have won seven of those eight games. There wasn’t much between the pair in their last meeting, and we just feel that this game will be closer than the odds of 1.83 on Spain suggest – making that a value lay for us.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Spain at 1.83.
