WORLD CUP QUALIFIERS: We preview Tuesday’s World Cup Qualifiers between FRANCE v BELARUS, NETHERLANDS v SWEDEN and PORTUGAL v SWITZERLAND with a recommended BETDAQ bet for each game.

FRANCE V BELARUS

7.45pm Given the firepower France have in their squad; it’s surprising that they are in a “need to win” situation on the last day of qualifying. They are currently one point ahead of Sweden, who play Netherlands tonight. The good news for France is they face a relatively easy task against Belarus to secure their place in Russia, and currently trade just 1.06 in the 90 minutes win market. Belarus haven’t traveled well at all in World Cup Qualifying thus far, they’ve lost all of their away games while only scoring just once. Given the firepower France have up front and in a need to win situation against a smaller side, we like France to cover the handicap. They currently trade 1.85 -3 goals and we feel that offers a shade of value.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
France -3 goals to beat Belarus at 1.85.

NETHERLANDS V SWEDEN

7.45pm It hasn’t been a good week for Netherlands, it’s virtually certain that they’re going to miss out on another major tournament and to make matters worse their manager said there was “no chance Sweden would beat Luxemburg, that it was a stupid question” and guess what, Sweden won 8-0! Sweden have been pretty impressive in qualifying thus far, and given the way things have been going for Netherlands lately, it’s really surprising to see them trade odds on here. Netherlands are 1.91 at the time of writing, with Sweden 4.1 and the draw 4.1 also. There’s no doubt that it will be a tough night away from home for Sweden, however with the way both sides have performed in this group, we have to lay the Netherlands at odds on. You’d have to feel that this game will be a lot closer than those odds suggest and we’re happy to lay the Netherlands from a value point of view.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Netherlands at 1.91.

PORTUGAL V SWITZERLAND

7.45pm These two have bossed Group B and are a whopping 17 and 14 points ahead of the third placed side. Switzerland beat Portugal in the first game of the group and neither side has been troubled since – you’d have to feel though that Portugal were possibly underprepared going into that game after winning Euro 2016 and they will be a set up a lot better to win tonight. Portugal lead heavily on goal difference, so a home win will result in them topping the group. The is massive game for both sides to avoid the Playoffs, and the match odds at the time of writing currently trade; Portugal 1.65, Switzerland 6.6 and the draw is 4.1. With Portugal’s great home record and a full fit Ronaldo backing action, we like the home win at 1.65 which looks a shade too big.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Portugal to beat Switzerland at 1.65.
